We are a team passionate about working with investors to add value to their investments — diving into the operational complexity of portfolio companies and investments, helping bridge management performance to investor expectations. We see value creation as both a driver of improved MOICs and an insurance against portfolio companies seeing deteriorating performance.

New North Road plans to work with investments — new, growth and turnaround — to set a clear value creation direction. We would like to be embedded in the portfolio company, implementing a roadmap of profit-enhancing initiatives whilst working with management to navigate the financial and operational complexity that exists across functions.
